Gregorio Gilardini is the cofounder of Leasy (Magma Fund 3), a car leasing company that started in Peru before launching in Mexico. Leasy raised $28M of debt and equity in 2023 and continues to grow both in its original market of Peru and its new market of Mexico.

Facundo Turconi is the cofounder of Moonflow (Magma Fund 4), a startup that helps companies create collections departments as a service using AI. Facundo is originally from Argentina and spent many years in Peru, launching his business there before getting clients in other Latin American countries.

Diego Gómez is the cofounder of Onvo Payments (Magma Fund 4), a company that helps Central American companies accept offline and online payments. He will share his experience operating in Central America.
