Our Business Development  Associate is a dynamic and entrepreneurial role that will see you leading new business development in the APAC region. The role will be accountable for developing & executing our global business development strategy across the APAC region. This role works closely across all of our specialist teams and it aligns our global Business Development strategy in our pitches to companies, NGOs, and governments within the APAC region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about international education and is confident in growing a new sales function region to help us achieve our long-term growth strategy.

Office Location: Bangkok or Hong Kong (Remote)


  • Execution of regional business development across our Virtual, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Australia, Tokyo & Shanghai programs.
  • Execute all initial communication and sales with prospective partners
  • Create innovative multi-channel business development strategies to connect with organisations across the APAC region.
  • Lead creative research projects to acquire new prospects.
  • Manage all prospects & secured leads in our CRM.
  • Account manage new clients and oversee the handover process to our global placement teams.
  • Create innovative business development materials and communications.
  • Attend regional networking opportunities & events.
