Sales Development Representative

Enterprise Restaurant Partners at GroupRaise:

GroupRaise has a directory of restaurants with 10,000+ locations nationwide participating on the
platform. The restaurant industry views GroupRaise as a profitable way to acquire new
customers, give back to the community, and improve relationships with local organizations.
Our Enterprise Sales Team works with some of the largest corporate, private, and franchisee
restaurant brands across the United States. Our team is structured in a format of Lead
Generation, Sales, and Account Management, this position will primarily focus on the Sales
category while supporting Account Management. This is a temporarily remote position until
offices reopen. Applicants must be located in Santiago, Chile.

High-level descriptions:

● Prospect new leads generated by the Lead Generation team.
● Generate your own leads when necessary.
● Understand the Enterprise Sales Cycle, added bonus if you have experience in the
hospitality industry.
● Full comprehension of the GroupRaise product and the value to add to restaurant
partners.
● Sales pipeline management - we currently use Pipedrive.
Skill-sets:
● 2 years of experience in the workforce with exposure to sales, marketing, and/or
customer support.
● The ideal person is driven, high attention to detail, and is able to conduct a consultative
sales approach.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong communication, writing, negotiation, and time-management skills
● Problem-solving skills, ability to think on your feet.
● Can function under an environment where performance is directly correlated to results
under an OKR framework.
● Enthusiasm and an ability to learn quickly and retain information
● Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional style with a strong ability to
work independently
● Organization and attention to detail.
