YOUR ROLE

Our customer experience is our most important metric and the Virtual Community Manager plays a crucial role in the management of our customer experience for thousands of interns each year. Your key accountability will be to delight our participants throughout their internship experience & support their growth and professional development. You will be the primary point of contact for our global participants and will support them through each step of their experience in our virtual program. Going above and beyond in delighting our participants is key in your role. You will have the opportunity to develop and manage a series of innovative communication strategies and online events designed to create a first-class virtual community infrastructure. As our virtual program continues to grow you will play a key role in it’s strategic development and technological advances.


Office Location: Medellin (Remote)


YOUR KEY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountability for our Global Customer Net Promoter Score
  • Onboarding of new participants and the management of their pre-internship experience
  • Key contact for all communications & participants across multi-communication channels
  • Creation and execution of all virtual events and seminars
  • Support and management of our award-winning online professional career advancement training program & career coaching
  • Management of on-program virtual communities & complaint resolutions
  • Management of participants feedback & program off-boarding processes
  • Implement process improvement and technological advancements to our program on a quarterly basis
  • Program administration and cross-departmental support for our finance and admissions teams
  • Cross collaboration with our placement team to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Ad-hoc project management duties


YOUR SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Management, Customer service and Tertiary Education or training is highly preferable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and local language
  • A fun, positive, highly social and engaging personality
  • Cultural Sensitivity
  • A strong people focus and level of customer service
  • First Class organisation & project management
  • A strong grasp of operational processes and automation
  • CRM management experience  
  • Event Management and Planning
  • Great creativity and entrepreneurial skills
  • Adaptability in a fast paced environment
  • Experience leading community initiatives
