We’re thrilled to announce our investment in Conectamos, led by Jorge Jiménez, Jose Miguel Kohn, and Christian España, as they build the AI infrastructure layer that will reshape logistics across Latin America.

What sets this team apart is their complementary backgrounds in operations, technology, and product, combined with years of working together in logistics, giving them a firsthand understanding of the pain points logistics operators face every day.

The market opportunity is huge. The Latin American logistics market is valued at US$347.7 billion in 2024 and is expected to reach US$577.5 billion by 2033. Despite this, most companies still run their day-to-day work through WhatsApp chats, Excel files, and a mix of ERP and TMS systems that don’t integrate with each other. This fragmentation limits visibility, slows coordination, and makes it hard to spot issues before they escalate into costly problems. The gap isn’t limited to large enterprises, non-tech businesses are completely left behind, running high-cash-flow operations entirely on paper and chat.

Conectamos tackles these issues with an interface that automates operations across WhatsApp and existing systems. Its AI Agents execute actual work, turning unstructured messages into completed tasks like dispatch and delivery, removing manual data entry without requiring teams to learn new, complex software. This allows businesses to move from constant firefighting to reliable, automated execution without adding headcount.

“Logistics in Latin America runs on fragmented processes, manual coordination, and systems that were never built to work together. This costs operators money every day. Few teams know this problem as well as Jorge, Jose Miguel, and Christian do. We're excited to support them as they reshape how logistics works in Mexico and then Latin America,” Alexa Clark, Principal at Magma Partners

For us, this investment is about backing a team capable of building the next generation of logistics infrastructure. Conectamos is simplifying logistics and replacing it with something operators can rely on.

“Latin American logistics doesn't suffer from a lack of software and tools; it suffers from a disconnect with reality. Most tools assume perfect structure, but our market runs on chaos, voice notes, and chats. We built Conectamos not to change how the industry works, but to become the operating system that finally allows it to scale, turning the noise of daily operations into structured, automated execution.” Jorge Jiménez, Co founder and CEO of Conectamos
